Higher grade Tie Guan Yin oolong tea leaves from Anxi County, Fujian Province, China rolled into lightly oxidized dark green pellets, bathed in real rich cream, then specially dried to preserve. The sweet and rich aroma blends with the sight of the creamy golden liquor, and finally the highly expected natural cream taste. Not your usual milk oolong. Package size is 2 ounces of full leaf tea, which yields approximately 24 to 26 first cups. Tin size is 4 ounces which yields about 50 first cups. Bulk one pound is available for about 200 first cups. Brewing recommendations: 1 level teaspoon per 8oz of 180 to 190°F water, steep for 2 minutes or to desired taste. Leaves can be re-infused 3 or more times, adding 1 minute to each successive infusion.
